Techvity collects only the information you choose to send through email or the website contact form. This may include your name, email address, company, service interest, and project details.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand the requested work, prepare follow-up questions, and maintain a record of business communications.

Contact form processing

Until a hosted form service is activated, the website contact form opens your email application and does not send information through the Techvity website. If a hosted form service is activated, this page will be updated to identify that provider.

Website hosting and logs

Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested page for security and service operation.

Retention

Business inquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, recordkeeping, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information associated with an inquiry, subject to legal and operational requirements.
